Do the drink - is there one better than another?

What boosts you?  I looked a quite a few drinks and boost is one that I like because to me the flavor is better and I feel fuller longer.  This is not the same for everyone so here is what I found about the drinks.

******Remember, I am not a doctor or dietitian so please if you have any medical questions please talk to your doctor before beginning a diet with anyone of these drinks.*******

Which one is better?  There is so many different diet drinks on the shelves how can we tell what is good for us.  As for me, I am a diabetic and many of the weight control drinks have so much sugar I can't have many of them.

One of the best answers is always water.  Water is no calories and you can add fresh fruit or veggies for different flavors.
