To the left: Doodling in crayons. I love drawing nature but it is never to size. I am not really an artist by any stretch
of the imagination but I do create art in different ways.

different shapes by Paulie
To the left:
An angel I have sewn for a quilt.
I love my new machine!
There are so many possibilities.
Above: I have learned how to make a standard for the robotic competition and a patch for baseball caps

Left:
Flowers with yo-yo's for the actual flower. Along with bee to decorate the sky.
Right:A cross done with paper piecing.
Center:
Along with a paper piece pig.
Left my sister Donna's quilt:
I like to make distinct quilts that representthe person they whom they are.
Some people are traditional
some people like certain colors, like purple.
(Do you see the cross above the church? Within
the cross is a picture something a little special.)
Right my sister Amy's quilt:
Some people like snowmen, cats or card.
It seems that every quilt I put some sort of heart in it.
If it is not a quilt piece it is a stitched heart just on the
block itself. Showing that love was sewn into
the piece.
Left my friends cottage quilt:
It can be a theme of just the sun, water and sand
of a cottage that one love.
(Do you see the tree? Inside the tree is hearts).
Creating art was never my intention but the end result proves otherwise. I thought I was just a quilter because I couldn't hack cloths.
In the end you never know what you can do unless you try. If you think too hard about something it may not happen unless you just "do it" to the best you can.
When something really touches your soul you just keep moving so you don't fall apart.
Below:
A quilt I still have to do the edges of. If and when I do finish, I know that it is really final. Not that it is now but my heart still has trouble dealing with it.
Right:
Psalms 147:3 He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds.
